Job summary

Guidehouse seeks an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead complex modernization and data management initiatives for a federal client in the Washington area. You will manage the full project lifecycle, supervise cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires active Secret clearance, US citizenship, and 5+ years of federal project delivery experience.

Qualifications

Active and maintained SECRET clearance.
US Citizenship required.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
5+ years of experience.
Experience leading full lifecycle technology projects in a federal environment.
Ability to translate business needs into technical workstreams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary PoC for clients and build strong client relationships.
Maintain and update project plans, timelines, milestones, and tasks in Jira.
Facilitate standups, check-ins, and retrospectives with stakeholders and teams.
Coordinate project documentation and final deliverables.
Support risk, issue, and dependency tracking and communicate blockers to leadership.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to align tasks and milestones.
Monitor quality and completeness of outputs before handoff.
Support Agile practices by coordinating backlog updates in Jira.
