Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a seasoned Subcontracts professional to lead contracting activities in a matrixed environment. You will manage policies, oversee subcontract awards and performance, and coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance to align strategies with program goals. Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, CPSR, and NDA practices is essential. This role supports Federal civilian and DoD programs and requires a bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• FAR/DFARS, NDA, TA and CPSR compliance experience.
• ERP/CLM systems proficiency and data analytics capability.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Experience with Federal Civilian and/or DoD programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontract data and documentation.
• Identify and resolve complex subcontract issues independently.
• Prepare and administer subcontract awards, task orders and modifications.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve disputes.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals based on pricing, compliance and history.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance on strategies.
