Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required plus 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing subcontracts under Prime contracts (Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price, T&M).
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, NDA, TA best practices, CPSR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer subcontract awards, task orders and modifications.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and address disputes or issues.
• Evaluate proposals based on price, capability, and history.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance to align strategies.
• Represent the company to subcontractors, suppliers, and government representatives.
