Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a seasoned Subcontracts professional to manage awards, task orders, and modifications in line with government regulations and internal policies. The role requires strong CPSR experience and the ability to coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance to align subcontracting actions with program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience managing subcontracts under Prime contract awards (Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price, Time & Material).
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, NDA, TA best practices, CPSR compliance.
• Proficiency with ERP and CLM systems; data analytics, reporting, or tool development preferred.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with minimal oversight.
• Experience supporting Federal Civilian and/or DoD programs; CPSR compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer subcontract awards, task orders, and modifications aligned with government regulations and Maximus policies.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, address disputes, and ensure timely delivery.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals based on pricing, capabilities, compliance, and history.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance to align strategies with project objectives.
• Represent the company with subcontractors, suppliers, and government representatives.
• Provide SME guidance for teammates and contribute to trainings.
