Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. seeks a Federal Subcontracts Administrator to join our team.

This role may be performed from any Jacobs office and focuses on coordinating the subcontracting of services and construction for project delivery. You will work closely with Engineering, Construction and other disciplines to administer subcontracts, perform prequalification, negotiations, and ensure contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Law, Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years of subcontracting and contract management experience.
• Experience on large projects such as airports, dams, stadiums, buildings, highways and bridges, water, rail or energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of subcontracted services and administer subcontracts to meet project objectives.
• Provide tracking of subcontract activity and guidance on subcontracting issues, including change management and financial status.
• Perform subcontract formation duties: prequalification, solicitations, evaluations, source selection, negotiations, and execution.
