Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Subcontract Administrator responsible for contracting on major construction projects in Philadelphia, with a project cost range of $50M – $750M. You will lead procurement planning, manage subcontracting assignments, and solve complex procurement challenges to advance projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in capital construction contracting on EPCM projects.
• 5+ years of experience in Biopharmaceutical/Life Science Manufacturing or Data Center projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement planning activities for project-specific templates and strategies.
• Manage subcontracting assignments for major construction services on larger projects.
• Evaluate subcontract-related problems and apply remedies.
