Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Construction Contract Administration Professional in Dallas, TX, to lead contract administration for multi-discipline projects, primarily for federal DoD and civilian contracts. Hybrid work model; minimum two days in-office per week; strong focus on risk management and client relationships.

The role requires experience with RFIs, submittals, change management, and construction documentation, supporting project teams through bid to closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of construction contract administration experience; or 8+ years in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction administration on assigned projects, coordinating with clients, contractors, design teams and internal stakeholders.
• Manage document control, sequencing, construction execution, and coordination of building systems.
• Identify and communicate contractual, cost, quality, schedule, and constructability risks; support mitigation strategies.
