• Proficiency with CIS, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and related tools.
• Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, change management, and project documentation.
• United States Citizenship.

• Lead CCA for assigned projects with cross‑discipline teams.
• Identify and communicate contractual, schedule, cost, quality risks.
• Review drawings, General Conditions, and contract documents for decision making.
• Maintain project document control procedures and CIS.
• Coordinate meetings and support client relations during construction.
