Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• At least 15 years' relevant professional experience designing civil works infrastructure.
• Experience as a client-facing Design Project Manager managing multiple disciplines Civil Works projects.
• Experience working in a multi-disciplined environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budgets.
• Serve as the primary client contact from start to finish.
• Develop project proposals, fees, and scope with discipline directors and design leads and lead in fee negotiations with the client.
• Facilitate communication plans and conduct status reviews with stakeholders.
• Monitor financial project metrics, schedules, and staffing for each project.
• Guide the development and quality of project documents in line with Jacobs Quality Program.
