Job summary

Alpha Omega Integration is seeking a strategic account executive to manage and grow the DOC/NOAA federal portfolio from Vienna, VA. You will serve as the primary relationship owner, coordinating contract performance, and driving renewals and growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

You will leverage 15+ years of PM experience with federal agencies, deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience in scientific/government settings.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, federal acquisition, contract vehicle.
• Experience with agile methods including SAFe and value stream mapping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management for DOC/NOAA contracts.
• Oversee contract administration, renewals, and growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, within budget.
• Provide leadership to project managers and ensure quality of service.
