Job summary

Oracle is seeking an Adoption Coach to provide at-the-elbow support during Oracle Health product implementations. You will assist with navigation, configuration, and workflow optimization while promoting rapid product adoption and a smooth transition to the new system.

The role requires weekly travel, irregular hours including nights and weekends, and a strong customer-service mindset. Candidates must live near a major US airport and be eligible for a federal security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel 100% (weekly).
• Reside within 60 miles of a major US airport.
• Valid Driver License and Passport for international projects.
• US Citizenship and eligibility for federal security clearance.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time, at-the-elbow support during Oracle Health implementations.
• Assist end users with front-end configurations to optimize workflows and adoption.
• Identify and surface process and technical questions to project teams.
• Facilitate feedback between project teams and end users to improve adoption.
• Provide feedback to stakeholders on system adoption and utilization.
• Cultivate client relationships to achieve adoption objectives.
• Execute system adoption and optimization plans based on data.
• Complete assigned trainings and product courses.
