Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in project management, consulting, or healthcare IT environments.
• Familiarity with Oracle Health (Cerner) solutions preferred.
• Experience supporting federal clients (VA/DoD) preferred.
• Required travel up to 25%.
• US Citizenship required with ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of project plans, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and staffing requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project execution and issue resolution.
• Track and manage all project activities, deliverables, and documentation with high accuracy.
• Monitor project progress and report status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings across Oracle Health and client stakeholders for alignment and timely execution.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including PowerPoint presentations and SharePoint artifacts.
• Ensure adherence to established processes and enforce project governance standards.
• Drive implementation by providing direction, accountability, and follow-through across teams.
