Job summary

Cape Fox Mountain Point seeks a qualified Site Superintendent for the Air National Guard contract at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, TX. You will manage day-to-day construction, coordinate schedules, and supervise crews/subcontractors to deliver the Fuel Cell Hangar modification for the 136th Airlift Wing.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety programs, interpreting construction drawings, and liaising with Government officials.

Qualifications

• Active or able to successfully complete Construction Quality Management certification from USACE.
• Capable of interpreting a critical path structure and construction drawings.
• Strong liaison with Government Contracting Official on-site and directing subcontractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact with the Government until acceptance.
• Be on the job site at all times when work is taking place and act with full authority for the Contractor.
• Attend preconstruction progress, weekly meetings and coordination meetings; supervise subcontractors.
• Support project health and safety plans per OSHA and EM385-1-1; enforce safety policies.
• Prepare progress reports and issue schedules to clients; oversee day-to-day field activities.
