Job summary

Cape Fox Mountain Point is seeking a dual-hatted Site Superintendent/SSHO to manage on-site activities at Patrick Space Force Base. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction and safety programs to ensure timely delivery within budget and to client specifications.

Responsibilities include directing subcontractors, enforcing health and safety plans, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry as Site Superintendent and/or Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO)
• Five years of federal project experience
• Five years in supervising/ managing construction projects
• Knowledgeable with EM 385-1-1 Safety and Occupational Health Requirements Manual, dated March 2024

Responsibilities

• Be at the job site at all times with full authority to act for the Contractor
• Support health and safety plans in the workplace per OSHA/EM385-1-1
• Maintain professionalism and provide courteous, safe service
• Coordinate and schedule trades to meet project milestones
• Oversee subcontractors and daily field activities; prepare progress reports
