Job summary

Cape Fox Shared Services seeks a Site Superintendent for Mountain Point to manage federal construction projects at Cherry Point, NC, and across the Southern United States. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, coordinating, and documenting all site activities, while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with contract documents.

The candidate will liaise with Government Contracting Officials, supervise crews and subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Active Construction Quality Management certification from USACE is required or must be able to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary on-site liaison with Government until acceptance.
• Attend and participate in project meetings and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Support project health and safety plans per OSHA and EM385-1-1.
• Oversee day-to-day field activities and ensure schedule adherence.
• Prepare progress reports and schedules for clients.
• Assist Project Managers and subcontractors with Federal procedures.
