Job summary

Cape Fox Mountain Point is seeking a qualified Site Superintendent/QC Specialist in Aiken, SC to lead on-site construction efforts for federal projects. The role covers planning, scheduling, and directing all activities, with emphasis on safety, quality, and compliance under USACE standards.

The candidate will oversee subcontractors, manage project communications, and support the QC Manager, with duties including preconstruction coordination and final inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in construction or related field.
• Active USACE Construction Quality Management certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience supervising site teams and coordinating subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Be primary Government liaison until project acceptance.
• Attend preconstruction and progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Support OSHA and EM385-1-1 safety plans on site.
• Oversee day-to-day field activities and subcontractor work.
• Manage closeout, warranties, and punch lists with the PM.
