Job summary

NETbuilder is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead delivery, governance and modernization initiatives across enterprise ServiceNow programmes in a fast-paced federal environment.

The role combines strong project management with ServiceNow delivery knowledge, coordinating technical teams, vendors and senior stakeholders to ensure milestones and operational outcomes are met.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Onsite in Woodlawn, Maryland 5 days per week.
• Bachelor's degree plus 10 years IT or PM experience.
• 8+ years leading project/programme management.
• 3+ years managing ServiceNow implementations in federal context.
• Experience with large-scale IT implementations with governance and exec stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow administration/configuration.
• Strong MS Office proficiency for exec communication.
• Experience with Jira and MS Project.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Strategic advisory mindset and capability to grow client engagements.
• Ability to communicate credibly with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ServiceNow initiatives across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/Discovery, HRSD, CSM, CMP.
• Drive programme governance, planning and prioritisation across multi-team workstreams.
• Create and manage project schedules, RAID logs, dashboards and contract deliverables.
• Coordinate sprint ceremonies, release readiness and production deployments.
• Manage dependencies, resources, risks and issue escalation.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across CIO offices, platform owners and PMOs.
• Deliver executive status reports and project health assessments.
• Ensure alignment with security/ATO docs and user training requirements.
• Support demand management and enterprise ServiceNow portfolio processes.
• Act as strategic advisor and identify expansion opportunities.
