Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Electronics/Field Technician or IT Support.
• Proven ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot systems.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for federal customers.
• Manage service scope and ensure contract compliance.
• Oversee subcontractor deliverables and coordinate service activities.
