Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 2+ years of technical support experience.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including customer training.
• Become expert on Silvus’ radio and networking solutions.
• Collect and analyze field failures and feedback to development team.

Skills

Technical support experience

Proficiency with radio frequency instruments

Linux familiarity

TCP/IP protocol knowledge

Proficiency with programming languages C/C++

Demonstrated communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
