Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a System Manager to serve as the primary daily operational link and liaison for a federal OIS Radio Services Division. You will drive maintenance execution, coordinate with local partners, and ensure uptime for critical public-safety networks across the National Capital Region and beyond. This role requires security clearance eligibility and strong coordination with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in LMR, telecommunications, or public safety domains.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to fulfill SLA terms for G Series infrastructure, APX subscriber products, and subsystems.
• Pull reports from the Unified Event Monitoring (UEM) platform to track system events across Primary and DSR COREs, Prime sites, Dispatch, and RF Sub-sites.
• Direct emergency restoration efforts and manage multi-tiered escalation procedures during outages.
• Coordinate with Motorola technical teams to report issues and initiate open support cases.
• Oversee patch management and system health across operational networks, and manage repair, replacement, and staging for field equipment.
