Everfox is seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager for the USAF and federal government markets. This remote role focuses on new account development and expanding existing ones within the Federal space, driving pipeline, and collaborating with channel partners to achieve ambitious targets.

You will manage sales cycles from prospecting through closing, maintain strong customer relationships, and leverage tools like Salesforce to produce forecasts and reports.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years selling to the Federal Government Defense sector.
• 3+ years in a high-tech software company, preferably with a two-tier distribution and cybersecurity.
• Experience collaborating with channel partners is a plus.

Mansioni

• Make outbound calls to USAF prospects, customers, and resellers to identify, manage, and close sales opportunities.
• Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer engagement to achieve targets.
• Manage product mix in alignment with business objectives.
• Provide timely follow-up, closure, and tracking of opportunities.
• Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
• Produce regular pipeline reports and forecasts for business developed and closed.
• Work closely with channel partners to develop and close new business.
• Use customer/prospect activity tools and update forecasts.
• Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
• Assist the Renewals Team with timely renewal of existing contracts.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
