Rhymetec, a New York-based company specializing in compliance, cybersecurity, and data privacy, is seeking a lead for federal compliance programs. The role focuses on CMMC, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-171, with mentoring responsibilities for a small Security Analysts team.

You will guide gap and risk assessments and craft security strategies aligned to federal standards, enabling clients to achieve robust infosec programs nationwide.

Formación

• 4+ years in federal cybersecurity and GRC with multi-program delivery experience.
• Experience managing waterfall, hybrid, and agile teams; strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and willing to travel up to two weeks per year.
