Job summary

Asteryx Solutions seeks a Capture Director to lead federal capture efforts in DoD and civilian space. The role focuses on winning strategies, bid readiness, and proposal support in a fast-paced environment in the Washington DC region.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in federal capture management, SAP experience preferred, and the ability to build cross-functional capture teams, manage budgets, and drive opportunities through the capture lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of capture management experience in federal contracting.
• Experience supporting DoD and/or FedCiv captures.
• SAP-related opportunities experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience supporting captures and proposals valued at $50M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture activities and develop win strategies for federal opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development Executives and proposal teams to strengthen bid readiness.
• Identify, build and manage strategic teams including partners and subcontractors; plan budgets.
• Assist with planning reviews and color team assessments (Pink/Red/Gold) and coordinate schedules.
