Job summary

Filevine is seeking an AI Solutions Architect for federal civilian work to architect and demonstrate tailored solutions against agency requirements. You will work closely with forward engineering to build demo environments, translate agency needs into technical directions, and present capabilities to evaluators.

You will collaborate with account teams to shape opportunities, ensure security and compliance, and drive demonstrations that convert proposals into pilots or production deployments.

Qualifications

• Engineer or a software engineering / technical product role with meaningful hands‑on engineering or product depth.
• Experience translating ambiguous, agency‑driven problems into clear technical requirements that an engineering team can build against.
• Strong technical foundation: architecture, data, integration, and AI/LLM systems, and the ability to work credibly with engineers.
• Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative/agentic AI, and understanding model behavior.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate agency requirements with federal civilian customers and Account Executives to turn ambiguous problems into clear buildable requirements and use cases.
• Support requirements identification and shaping with capture and product teams to identify agency requirements early and shape them before formal solicitations.
• Configure and build against development requirements while standing up demo environments across Filevine's platform and Console, tailored to agency use cases.
• Partner directly with forward engineering to guide the engineering effort that builds demo environments and prototype capability.
• Demonstrate capability to technical evaluators through credible, agency‑relevant demonstrations in the customer context.
• Serve as the technical advisor across pursuit, answering deep technical questions and supporting security questionnaires and technical responses.
• Support RFPs with demos and documentation, building demo assets and writing the technical narrative for RFP/RFI responses.
• Work with Account Executives to provide the technical proof that moves federal civilian deals from evaluation to pilot or production.
• Reason about architecture, data, and AI systems to explain how Filevine's platform integrates and operates within the customer’s environment with FedRAMP constraints.
• Feed customer feedback to product teams to shape agency capabilities and field insights into Filevine’s federal platform.
• Partner with strategic pursuit teams across Sales, Proposals, Partnerships to align technical strategy with the broader pursuit.
