Job summary

Filevine is seeking an AI Solutions Architect for its federal civilian market. You will be the technical engine behind federal pursuits, turning agency requirements into buildable technical solutions and standing up demo environments in collaboration with forward engineering.

You’ll work directly with agency points of contact to define needs, translate them into architecture and AI-enabled capabilities, and demonstrate value to evaluators.

Qualifications

• Engineer or technical product/engineering background.
• Translate use cases into working demonstrations.
• Turn agency problems into buildable requirements.
• Strong foundation in architecture, data, and AI systems.
• Experience with LLMs or generative/agentic AI.
• Knowledge of federal civilian procurement and processes.
• Operate in fast-moving, development-driven environments.
• Be a deeply technical, requirement-to-demo operator.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate agency requirements with federal customers and AEs to define buildable technical requirements.
• Support identification and shaping of agency requirements with capture and product teams.
• Configure and build demo environments tailored to agency use cases beyond fixed scripts.
• Partner with forward engineering to guide and build demo capabilities.
• Demonstrate capability to technical evaluators within customer context.
• Serve as technical advisor through pursuit, answering complex questions and supporting security questionnaires.
• Support RFPs with demos and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Proposals, Partnerships to align technical strategy with pursuit.
• Advise on architecture, data, and AI systems within customer environments including FedRAMP constraints.
• Feed customer feedback to product teams to shape the platform.
