Job summary

Everfox seeks a Sales Account Manager to grow and manage COCOMs opportunities remotely in the U.S. federal market. You will drive outbound sales, build the pipeline, coordinate with channel partners, and ensure client satisfaction while achieving aggressive targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years selling within the Federal Government Defense sector.
• 3+ years in a high‑tech software company or cybersecurity environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to COCOMs prospects, customers, and resellers to identify, manage, and close sales opportunities.
• Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve targets.
• Manage product mix aligned with business objectives.
• Provide timely follow-up, closure, and tracking of opportunities.
• Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
• Produce regular pipeline reports and forecasts for developed and closed business.
• Work with channel partners to develop and close new business.
• Update forecasts and customer activity in internal tools.
• Engage sales resources as needed.
• Attend training to develop knowledge and skills.
• Assist Renewals Team with timely renewal of contracts.
