NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) in San Diego is hiring a Sales Associate to serve as the face of our federal retail operation, helping customers save on products and services while supporting quality programs for active duty, retirees, and families. No experience required.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. You will perform customer service, product knowledge, POS transactions, inventory, and merchandising, with full-time hours and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of products and merchandise.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide premier customer service and engage customers proactively.
• Assist customers and direct them to merchandise and upcoming promotions.
• Maintain store appearance and participate in inventory processes.
• Handle POS transactions, including cash handling and reconciling receipts.
• Complete paperwork and reconciliations as required.
