Job summary

Constellis is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for federal government contracts. The role partners with Operations, Program Management, Security, HR, and business leaders to identify, attract, and hire qualified talent while meeting OFCCP and contract requirements.

The successful candidate will drive data-driven strategies, build strong pipelines, and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with success supporting high-volume or government contract recruiting.
• Proven experience building and maintaining candidate pipelines for complex roles.
• Strong direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, resume databases, networking, referrals, and passive engagement.
• Experience with ATS, with UKG Recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate candidate records and ATS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities for multiple positions supporting federal government contracts.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, security clearances, and contract qualifications.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Build and strengthen talent pipelines for surge hiring, startups, and workforce planning.
• Utilize sourcing tools and platforms to identify qualified candidates and improve engagement.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and onboard new hires.
• Maintain compliant candidate records and OFCCP-related documentation.
• Monitor pipeline health, track metrics, and report hiring progress to leadership.
• Identify process improvements and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency.
