Doyon Government Group (DGG) seeks an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee QC programs on USACE or NAVFAC federal construction projects. The role requires coordinating QC activities, managing submittals, RFIs, and testing, and ensuring compliance with contract specifications.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of construction experience and 3+ years as a QCM on federal projects, with proficiency in RMS/QCS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional construction experience.
• 3+ years serving as a QCM on USACE or NAVFAC projects.
• Experience implementing a three-phase Quality Control (QC) plan.
• Strong knowledge of contract specs and federal construction requirements.
• Proficient with USACE RMS, NAVFAC QCS, or similar reporting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the project QC Plan per contract requirements.
• Perform daily quality inspections and coordinate required testing.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, SSHOs, and subcontractors on DFOW.
• Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation.
• Track and resolve deficiencies through corrective actions and follow-up inspections.
• Maintain daily reports, inspection logs, and quality records.

Quality Control Manager (QCM) – USACE / NAVFAC Federal Construction Projects

Estimated salary range: $120,000 to $155,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, certifications, project requirements, location, and internal alignment/level.

DGG is seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager (QCM) to oversee quality programs on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) federal projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the project Quality Control (QC) Plan per contract requirements
• Perform daily quality inspections and coordinate required testing
• Coordinate with Superintendents, SSHOs, and subcontractors on new Definable Features of Work (DFOW)
• Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation
