Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead on federal construction projects, acting as the on-site QC authority and coordinating with the Superintendent to ensure all activities meet USACE standards and federal requirements.

The role requires hands-on QC oversight, documentation, daily inspections, and proactive management of subcontractors to sustain compliance across site development, demolition, and modular construction tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Quality Control Manager on construction projects.
• Federal construction QC experience, USACE preferred.
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 40 certifications.
• USACE QCM Certification or ability to obtain.
• Hands-on QC: inspections, documentation, reporting.
• Experience with sitework, demolition, concrete placement and testing.
• Safety and regulatory knowledge for federal construction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary quality authority on site, ensuring compliance with federal contract requirements, specifications, and quality standards.
• Partner with the Superintendent to oversee subcontractor performance and maintain documentation.
