Job summary

Trueline Talent is seeking a Quality Control Manager on a contract basis to lead the QC program for a $22 million vertical construction project near Atlanta, GA. You will enforce USACE standards, develop the QC Plan, and manage inspections and documentation to ensure compliance and quality execution.

You will coordinate with government representatives, subcontractors, and project leadership to resolve defects, maintain records, and support turnover and closeout activities.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years in construction quality control management.
• Experience on USACE, NAVFAC, DoD or similar federal projects.
• Vertical construction projects valued around $15–40 million.
• Current Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification or ability to meet immediately.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and submittals; document compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Contractor Quality Control program per USACE requirements and project specs.
• Develop and execute the project QC Plan and three-phase QC process.
• Review plans, submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings before work begins.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, and documentation with all stakeholders.
• Maintain daily QC reports, inspection records, and corrective action logs.
