Job summary

Creek Technologies Company is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to support the development and submission of proposals for DoD and Federal opportunities. You will coordinate schedules, ensure compliance, and keep materials organized for timely submissions.

The role requires translating technical information into clear narratives, editing for consistency, and collaborating with proposal teams in a fast-paced environment at Wright-Patterson AFB.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to translate complex information into clear content.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple writing assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit high-quality proposal content for Federal Government opportunities.
• Translate technical and past performance information into clear, persuasive narratives.
• Analyze RFPs and related documents to develop responsive content.
• Collaborate with proposal managers, SMEs, and technical teams to gather information.
• Lead or support content development for key proposal sections (technical, management, past performance).
• Edit and refine content for consistency, voice, and alignment with win themes.
• Maintain proposal schedules and compliance matrices.
• Format proposal documents to templates and branding guidelines.
• Manage proposal files and version control using SharePoint and other tools.
• Support reviews (Pink/Red/Gold) by incorporating feedback.
• Assist with final production and submission activities.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
