Qualifications

• 5+ years of proposal management experience in federal contracting.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and experience with DoD, DHS, GSA or similar agencies.
• Strong writing, editing, and project management skills using Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage proposals from pre-RFP planning through submission and debriefs.
• Analyze RFPs (Sections L, M, C) to drive compliance and strategy.
• Develop schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and lead kickoff/color-team reviews.
• Coordinate inputs across Capture, Contracts, SMEs, HR, and subcontractors.
