Job summary

Peregrine Technologies is seeking an expert in US Federal government proposals to lead the development of competitive responses to solicitations. You will own the proposal lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring compliance, quality, and win-theme alignment across technical, management, and cost volumes.

You will collaborate with sales, capture, legal, finance, contracts, and leadership in a fast-paced, autonomous setting, driving projects to win while aligning with Peregrine’s fast-moving culture.

Qualifications

7+ years managing Federal proposals (DoD, civilian agencies, or intelligence community preferred).
Bachelor's degree required; APMP certification a plus.
Strong knowledge of Federal acquisition processes and proposal compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of competitive proposals in response to Federal solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, BAAs, Sources Sought).
Own the proposal lifecycle end-to-end from kickoff through submission, ensuring compliance, quality, and win-theme alignment.
Coordinate inputs from sales, capture managers, SMEs, contracts, pricing, and leadership; manage production and final submission.
