You will coordinate collaboration with strategy, capture, and content teams to deliver high-quality proposals on time, ensuring adherence to FAR/DFARS standards and corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of Proposal Management experience.
• Must have Federal Government contracting experience.
• Experience with AI tools to support content research and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opportunity identification and capture support.
• Manage and write proposals for Federal government agencies.
• Develop win themes, narratives, and compliance matrices.
• Lead cross-functional teams including writers, pricing analysts, and reviewers.
• Oversee content generation for technical, management, past performance, pricing, and executive summaries.
