Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years managing technical proposals for U.S. Federal agencies.
At least 7 years of managerial experience leading proposal teams.
Experience with major proposals for large IDIQs and GWACs.
Direct experience with proposals exceeding 100M is required.
Familiarity with modern proposal automation tools is advantageous.
Experience in program or project management is desirable.
Responsibilities
Lead team in proposal management processes and execution.
Manage complex proposals and ensure bid responsiveness.
Author tailored non-technical sections as needed.
Monitor departmental KPIs such as bid and win rates.
Participate in reviews and maintain corporate libraries.
