The position covers proposal coordination, business analysis, opportunity research, and compliance management to drive winning bids. You will partner with proposal managers, capture managers, executives, and subject matter experts to coordinate content, assess solicitation requirements, and help improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of federal proposal experience.
• Strong organizational and deadline-driven work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end proposal lifecycle from release to submission.
• Develop and maintain compliance matrices and schedules.
• Collaborate with SMEs, capture managers, and executives.
• Maintain proposal repositories and document libraries.
• Support AI-enabled tools and knowledge management initiatives.
• Provide opportunity research and pipeline assistance.
• Produce proposal metrics and reporting.
