Job summary

RIVA Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Coordinator for a hybrid role in Reston, VA. You will provide full lifecycle proposal coordination and writing support for Federal opportunities, collaborating with capture, recruiting, technical staff, and leadership.

Responsibilities include analyzing RFPs, developing compliance matrices, drafting narratives, coordinating schedules, and maintaining the proposal library. 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
2–3 years of Federal proposal coordination and writing experience.
Knowledge of Shipley proposal processes.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Experience managing multiple proposal efforts.
Microsoft 365 proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Copilot.
Experience with AI proposal tools such as Copilot or Claude.

Responsibilities

Analyze RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and Sources Sought notices.
Coordinate kickoff meetings, schedules, outlines, and proposal activities.
Develop compliance matrices and perform compliance reviews.
Compile proposal library content and maintain reusable assets.
Track proposal schedules and deliverables.
Coordinate with teaming partners.
Draft technical, management, executive summaries, past performance, and staffing narratives.
Interview SMEs and develop evaluator-focused content.
Edit, proofread, and format proposals.
Support oral presentations and proposal library maintenance.
