You will drive compliant, high-scoring submissions, translate complex solutions into persuasive messaging, and coach teams for oral presentations. This hands-on leadership role requires collaboration with capture, SMEs, and operations across multi-volume pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 12+ years of federal proposal strategy or capture management experience.
• FAR knowledge and experience with large, multi-volume federal pursuits.
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent proposals in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bid Strategy & Oral Presentations; establish processes and policies.
• Collaborate with proposal managers to craft compelling, compliant presentations.
• Develop talk tracts and sample government questions.
• Coach teams for effective oral delivery; conduct practice sessions.
• Manage end-to-end proposal development and submission.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to produce cohesive volumes.
• Mentor junior staff and support early shaping activities.
