Job summary

HonorVet Technologies seeks a Project Manager for a 12-month engagement in Oklahoma City, OK. Role involves leading medium to large projects through full lifecycle, with a mix of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methods.

Onsite work is required at least three days per week, with standard 40-hour weeks and occasional overtime not expected. You will oversee scope, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications, and report metrics for the PMO dashboard.

Qualifications

• Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project management.
• Proficiency in MS Project usage.
• Familiar with PMI's PMBOK Guide and Standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to extra-large complexity projects through full lifecycle with appropriate methodologies and tools.
• Define scope, objectives, change management, risk mitigation, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and manage project status reports for PMO dashboard.
• Implement change management in line with agency guidance.
• Forecast, acquire resources as needed to meet objectives.
• Ensure activities comply with federal/state guidelines.
• Facilitate contracts from initiation to closure.
• Perform gap/root-cause analysis and recommend improvements.
• Lead group facilitation, especially when involving an independent party.
