Job summary

WiredPeople Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its PMO in Oklahoma City. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive projects from initiation through closeout, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time role with a 40-hour workweek and a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of three days onsite per week in Oklahoma City; additional onsite days may be needed for milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects across Waterfall, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and Hybrid delivery.
• Strong grasp of PMI PMBOK Guide standards and project governance.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk registers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage medium to large projects through all life-cycle phases.
• Define scope, charters, WBS, baselines, and communication plans.
• Deliver status reports and KPIs to PMO and executives.
• Facilitate change management per agency policies and governance.
