Bart & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager Technical Lead to oversee a contract with a federal government client.

The role combines technical leadership with project management oversight to ensure high-quality service delivery per contract requirements and agile guidelines. Responsibilities include leading contractor teams, coordinating with government stakeholders, guiding system analysis, security, deployments, and risk management, while mentoring staff and aligning with AO ITPM

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field.
• Or Bachelor’s degree in any field plus PMP/PMI-ACP/CSM certification.

Aufgaben

• Serve as overall contract manager and primary Government point of contact for contract issues.
• Lead contractor team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of tasks and deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership for system analysis, design, and production support.
• Address security vulnerabilities and protect program data across environments.
• Maintain baselines, version control, and consistent deployments across dev/prod/failover.
• Evaluate technologies for upgrades and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach team members for task execution.
• Identify and communicate risks, escalate to COR as needed.
• Align work with AO ITPM framework and Judiciary Agile Guidelines.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage product backlog with PO.
• Support system reporting and data requests.
