Job summary

Bart & Associates, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead federal government contracts, including DoD programs. You will oversee performance, staffing, risk, and customer engagement, delivering on contractual obligations with quality and compliance.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, prepare executive reports, brief senior Government leaders, and ensure adherence to regulations while driving program success in a fast‑paced federal environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale federal or DoD programs.
• Proven success leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and DoD environments.
• Ability to build relationships with senior Government leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership for federal government contracts.
• Serve as primary contact with Government stakeholders on performance and deliverables.
• Oversee execution of all Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.
• Lead administrative and operational activities to meet objectives and milestones.
• Develop and implement program management plans and reporting mechanisms.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Direct cross-functional teams and subcontractors to achieve goals and maintain readiness.
• Prepare and deliver written reports and executive briefings to senior leadership.
• Brief GS-15 personnel and SES on program status and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and contractual obligations.
• Support staffing, budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, and resource management.
• Foster strong customer relationships and clear communication with Government leadership.
