Precise Software Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to own day-to-day execution of a large-scale federal IT delivery program in Rockville, MD.

You will oversee the integrated schedule, Agile cadence, and technical dependencies while collaborating with the Program Manager, client stakeholders, and vendors. You will lead sprint cycles, coordinate with architects and QA, and manage a complex network of external relationships across multiple streams to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience on federal IT programs with Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to coordinate many external stakeholders.
• Strong technical fluency for collaboration with architects/engineers.
• Experience with EVM and rolling wave planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of the program, including the integrated schedule, Agile cadence, and reporting.
• Serve as technical point of contact for external partners, tracking items and commitments across relationships.
• Lead or co-lead client-facing planning and coordination meetings.
• Run sprint cycles with Agile ceremonies and client demonstrations.
• Track velocity and burndown; surface at-risk sprints early.
• Translate roadmap into executable sprint cycles with rolling wave planning.
• Coordinate with architects/engineers/QA to manage backlog and releases.
• Elevate risks, dependencies, and blockers through the risk log and forums.
• Build trusted client relationships; escalate issues when needed.
