Job summary

Juvare is a SaaS software company focused on enterprise resilience solutions for government agencies, corporations, healthcare providers and higher education. The Project Manager will lead on Federal and Department of War projects, managing project plans, progress, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of software applications, training and documentation.

Reports to: Director, Professional Services. Location options include Atlanta, GA; Washington DC Metropolitan Area; or Remote.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
4+ years technology project management required.
3+ years in client facing project management roles required.
Active Public Trust Security Clearance (or higher), or be able to pass a PTSC background check.
Experience in emergency management, federal/state/local government, healthcare, education, defense, aviation, or transportation projects.
PMP or similar certification a plus; if hired, must achieve PMP within 12 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact and advisor to multiple clients for software implementations and enhancement projects.
Manage scope, budget and go-lives, anticipating problems and facilitating mutually agreed solutions that preserve schedule and budget.
Identify and document risks, define mitigation and avoidance plans.
Ensure issues and decisions are brought to closure with positive client impact.
Communicate progress and manage client expectations regularly.
Own project financials including planning, budgeting, reporting and forecasting resource costs.
