Job summary

Juvare is seeking a Project Manager to lead Federal and War-related software implementations, coordinating with stakeholders and delivering software, training, and documentation to clients. Reports to the Director of Professional Services, with locations in Atlanta, GA, DC metro, or remote.

Responsibilities include managing scope, budget, go-lives, risk mitigation, and revenue recognition while collaborating with delivery, sales, and client success teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years technology project management experience.
• 3+ years client-facing project management experience.
• Active Public Trust Security Clearance or be able to pass a PTSC background check.
• Experience in emergency management, government, healthcare, education, defense, aviation, or transportation.
• PMP or similar project management certification a plus; if hired, must obtain PMP within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for multiple clients for software implementations and enhancements.
• Manage scope, budget and go-lives, anticipating problems and ensuring schedule and budget adherence.
• Identify and document risks with mitigation plans and communicate with stakeholders.
• Bring project issues to successful closure while maximizing client impact.
• Interact regularly with clients, managing expectations and progress reporting.
• Own financials for the project: planning, budgeting, reporting, and forecasting resource costs.
• Partner with delivery leaders to manage resource load and ensure teams can operate autonomously.
• Work with Sales and Client Success to grow and retain client accounts while managing scope.
• Assist Sales/Client Success with responses to RFPs and scoping new work.
• Coordinate with Product Engineering on integrations and enhancements.
