Job summary

Casepoint is seeking a Project Manager to lead full lifecycle delivery for government and enterprise projects. The role supports remote work with priority given to candidates in the DMV area for occasional in-person collaboration, and consideration for several other states based on business needs.

You will coordinate multiple project teams, manage resources, timelines, budgets, and SLAs, while serving as the primary client contact and escalation point.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct customer-facing experience with SaaS processes and technologies.
• Minimum 2+ years of project management experience in deploying enterprise projects and technology products.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and software implementation.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, NetSuite Suite Projects Pro).
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret, Public Trust or higher clearance; US Citizenship required.
• PMP Certification and MBA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project management lifecycle for customer projects, including reporting, resource management, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination.
• Oversee multiple project teams and prioritize activities based on SLA requirements.
• Serve as primary point of contact and provide expert consultation on technology and best practices.
• Develop detailed project plans with budgets, timelines, and team duties.
• Review contracts and purchase orders to ensure delivery aligns with sales commitments.
• Establish monitoring to keep projects on track and within budget.
