MDW Associates in Washington, DC is seeking a Program Manager to support FEMA. The role directs planning and production of project activities and serves as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR.

The position requires 10+ years of program management experience, deep Federal Acquisition knowledge, and the ability to forecast budgets, manage resources, and ensure contract compliance in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience in a technical or business field.
• At least 10 years of practical program management experience.
• Comprehensive Federal Acquisition knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of project activities to meet contract requirements.
• Serve as single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR.
• Forecast requirements and manage budgets, scheduling expenditures, and variances.
• Ensure quality products and services are delivered and on time.
• Lead day-to-day client interaction and set/manage expectations.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to contractor staff to ensure contract requirements are clear and progress is monitored.
