Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned professional to lead large-scale Federal consulting engagements from the Huntsville area. You will serve as the primary accountable executive for client satisfaction, contract performance, and delivery excellence, while guiding transformation initiatives and governance processes across major agencies.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and 7+ years of Federal program leadership experience.

Qualifications

Active and maintained TS/SCI clearance.
Bachelor's degree required.
Seven or more years leading large federal programs or related engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of large-scale Federal consulting engagements and be the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction, contract performance, financial management, and delivery excellence.
Lead operational improvement, business process modernization, and organizational transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and mission outcomes.
Build trusted advisor relationships with senior Federal stakeholders across agencies such as DOJ, FBI, DEA, ATF, U.S. Marshals, DHS, and U.S. Space Command.
Manage program governance activities including executive reporting, risk management, resource planning, staffing, quality assurance, and performance metrics.
Drive business development activities including capture, proposal development, task order responses, and organic growth opportunities.
