Position offers hybrid work, 20 hours per week, and cross-functional collaboration across Compliance, Contracts, Finance, Engineering, and IS teams. You will help keep audit-ready records, assist with compliance checks, and ensure timely deliverables

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Enrolled in a 4-year university toward a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum GPA 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week for 24 months.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, track, and document federal program activities.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready program records.
• Support reporting, compliance checks, and evidence collection.
• Collaborate across Compliance, Contracts, Finance, Engineering, and IS teams.
• Execute defined deliverables within scope, schedule, and documentation requirements.
